What should I do if the fuel card does not work or is missing?

If you need fuel and the fuel card is missing or not working, just fill up at any major service station then please email us the original VAT receipt and your IBAN number to allow a reimbursement by bank transfer. You can find your International Bank Account Number (IBAN) on your paper statement or by logging into Online Banking.

Please note that reimbursements can take up to 10 working days to appear in your account from the date of transfer.
