Q: What should I do if the fuel card is missing or not working?
A: If you encounter any issues with the fuel card, such as it being missing or not functioning properly, please follow the steps outlined below:
1. In case of an immediate need for fuel, you can fill up at any major service station using your own funds.
2. To request reimbursement, please email us the original VAT receipt along with your International Bank Account Number (IBAN). You can find your IBAN on your paper statement or by logging into your Online Banking.

Please keep in mind that it may take up to 10 working days for the reimbursement to appear in your account from the date of transfer.
