When you book, we'll send you an email and text message with the exact location of the vehicle. Once you've found it, you can open it by holding your contactless card over the card reader on the windscreen on the driver's side of the vehicle. Alternatively, you can open the vehicle with your app (please note, you need mobile coverage to use this option which may not be available in underground car parks).
